Wall Insulation

Ultimate Linings polyurethane foam is used on both the interior and exterior of agricultural buildings, canal barges, ocean going yachts, internal and external industrial and domestic. It is an ideal product for all soundproofing, noise and vibration reduction requirements.

Ultimate Linings polyurethane foam is an HCFC and CFC free, two component, 1:1 ratio rigid foam system which, when processed through the Ultimate Linings spray system will produce a rigid foam of approximate density 35kg/m3 with exceptionally good compressive strength. Service temperature range -15C to 70C.

When tested to BS476 part 7 the foam achieves a Class 1 surface spread of flame. It also has the highest insulation value of any insulation product on the market.
